Canada National Student Loans

These people are completely incompetent. There have been newspaper articles detailing how incredibly incompetent they are and how they have screwed over many people in the past. I'm one of those lucky people who got their credit rating trashed by them for their mistakes, not mine. Back before the Christmas break I tried to arrange a final lump sum payment to finish off the loan only to find they left for holidays early. Once I do get ahold, they told me the earliest I could make payment was Jan 8 so I made the cheque out for that day as instructed. So now I get a call telling me my payment is past due and they want it. Idiots. As soon as I tell the guy what was done, he then tells me that he sees it in my file. Why couldn't you see it there before you accuse me of non payment you fucking idiot?! I'm annoyed that I had to pay an extra $15 in interest due to your offices going home earlier than you should have and then you tell me that you have my cheque already?! *GGGRRRR*
