An article suggesting that fish didn't evolve to walk on land, but other changes prompted the development of feet bones before they even came to land. The new fossils support this idea which is rather interesting.

It seems a hormone, Leptin that affects weight and appetite, seems to change the wiring of the brain to regulate feeding behaviour. It's an interesting article.
