Can someone explain this to me?
"He says the research shows teens don't trust government ads because they see governments making money off cigarettes by collecting more tobacco taxes."
Um, does this make sense? If governments solely wanted to collect taxes, they wouldn't do anti-tobacco ads, or at least, would minimize it's effects I would think. I'm confused here. Or is it that teens are just lacking in basic logic skills?
