Slow moving

Yesterday was a slow moving day for me. I didn't get called to work and the day just sort of....disappeared on me. I waited around for my car to be ready. I was having the radiator re-cored. I've been having problems with coolant levels and I knew the thing needed to be re-cored, so I thought it best to get it over with. If I didn't, I ran the risk of it blowing on me while driving somewhere which is a bad thing of course. Cost me about $255Can to get it done, cheaper than I was expecting, so yay! That solves all immediate issues with the car (assuming there is no leak of coolant between the reservoir and rad) that need to be done.

Money wise I'm doing okay. I've now paid off one of my credit cards, slicing my credit card debt in half now. That made me feel really good. Now I'm going to see about getting a FM radio for my car now. My brother tried to get one from the scrap yard for me, but they wanted $40 for it!! For another $20 I can get a new one that has a warranty and no problems with it, yeesh. So I'm going to be getting one with his help and he'll be installing it for me. That'll make driving much easier since I can actually listen to music then.

Let's see, what else. Today is going to be very cold with temps around -16C and windchills as low as -30C. These are daytime highs for today. There was something else I was going to mention, but I can't remember, oh well.

Well.....

Since I wasn't called today, I only have to work tonight at the grocery store. I should probably check the time I have to be in heh. Anyway, time to relax is always good.
