Ugh

Yesterday was interesting. It was an approx 70min drive there. I was doing a grade 10 science and 2 physics classes which made me very happy. In fact, the physics classes were both in the afternoon and both were small. Especially the first one, it only had 5 people in it! They started with 15, but had many drop out (the other class has 16 students). So being with them was great I thought. I wound up talking with them a lot. I'd love to have a situation where I was only teaching a handful of students.

The drive home was brutal. It had started to snow earlier in the day which made the roads a mess. I even lost control for a few seconds on two occasions while driving about 35-40km/h. Yeesh. The closer I got to Brantford, the better the roads got though. So around the half way point things improved.

Due to the warming today, I have myself a nasty migraine to the point where I look like a zombie. So of course, I've been called in to work today. 3 sections of math and one of music. Yeah, music. Going to be interesting to see what happens there. They didn't have a name due to it being a bit garbled on the answering machine, oh well. Should be interesting.
