Then doing 3.5 hours of snow clearing will do it for you. A lot of the muscles in my body have had one hell of a workout this winter. My lower back especially. When the winter first started, my lower back would get tired and be a bit sore, now it's perfectly fine, even after 3.5 hours of snow clearing. The snow is rea;;u deep now. It was actually as tall as I was in some places that I had to shovel. Takes a lot ouf of ya after awhile.
